About the Konrad Zuse Internet Archive

In the 'Konrad Zuse Internet Archive Project' the private papers of Konrad Zuse are digitized, analysed and published. The original documents from Zuse's private papers include technical drawings, photos and various documents, some of which are written in shorthand. You can find more details about the projects or view the digitized documents on the main page at http://zuse.zib.de.

The 'Konrad Zuse Internet Archive' at ZIB was first brought online in 1999 by Prof. Dr. Raúl Rojas. In the years 2008-2010, most documents in Zuse's estate were digitised as part of the DFG project 'Digitalisierung des Nachlasses von Konrad Zuse-Bereitstellung im Internet und inhaltliche Auswertung' ('Digitisation of the Documents of Konrad Zuse - Uploading on the Internet and Content Analysis'), in collaboration with Dr. Wilhelm Füßl (Deutsches Museum).
